Thank you for visiting our Website (hereafter, the "Website"). You are recommended to carefully read the following Privacy Policy terms before using the Website of DE MARCHI 1946 SRL (hereafter "DM").
DM, following Article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree n. 196/2003) supplies with information as follows about the processing of data communicated by the Users or otherwise gathered during the browsing of this Website.
Treatment purpose
Personal data are collected and processed for the following purposes:
for fulfilling the request of the Users to manage the relationship with DM both to be established or already existing;
for administrative purposes connected with the fulfillment of its contractual obligations for the fulfillment of legal obligations such as those relating to accounting, tax, or required by applicable law;
if the User allows, to verify customer satisfaction as well as to offer products similar to the already provided ones, by sending of newsletters, catalogues and brochures, or invitations to events, generally in commercial communications and advert material and through the completion of market research;
if the User allows, for performing the analysis and customer profiling, based on the data and buying preferences made by User in order to launch communication and sale campaigns.
Nature of underwriting
Providing data to the purpose referred to in subparagraph a) and b) is optional but any refusal will result in the inability of the Company to execute the contractual commitments entered into.
With regard to the targets, referred to in subparagraph c) and d), providing personal data is optional and its use is conditional upon the issuance of an explicit consent by the User (see consent format at the foot of this information). Refusal in issuing this consent does not produce any effect other than the impossibility to analyze the consumption habits of the User and unable to properly inform about initiatives of the Company that may interest the User him/herself.
Treatment modalities
Data will be processed by electronic or automated tools, computer and internet, either by manual processing logic, strictly related to the purposes for which personal data have been gathered and, anyway, so in all cases to ensure safety at the same.
Data processing system
Processing of your personal data is carried out by internal staff of DM appointed for this purpose to process data. Responsible for processing customer data is the managing director and legal representative of DM.
Personal data, if necessary or with the aim of the implementation of stated purposes, can be handled by a third party appointed for this purpose as External Responsible Agent in-charged of the treatment, and as appropriate, appointed as independent data holder, namely: (i) company that is part of our corporate group for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 letter. a), b), c) and d), (ii) individual or juridical person, company, associations or professional firm which carries out assistance and advice to DM, for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 letter. a), b), c), d), (iii) company, institution and association that performs services related and useful to the implementation of the purposes mentioned above (carrier for the delivery of catalogues and/or products purchased, our outlets, Customer Care, service analysis and market research, managing credit card payments, computer maintenance) for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 letter. a).
About this, appropriate security is taken to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Personal data may also be transferred abroad at company that is part of the DM Group, also outside the EU. Personal data will not be spread in any case.
Exercise rights of access ex Art. 7

Art. 7 Legislative Decree n. 196, 30 June 2003 (Right to access personal data and other rights)
Any interested party shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible for.
Any interested party shall have the right to obtain detail about as follows: the origin of personal data;
the purposes and methods of treatment;
the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments; the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, article 5, paragraph 2;
the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to:
update, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
the cancellation , transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
