Registration

In order to access certain services in our website you may need to register. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information during registration. Orders and payments

All orders are only payable with via Paypal, credit card and, for SEPA countries only, via SEPA Bank transfer. To place an order you will be requested to provide personal and card payment details or your Paypal information. To place an order via Paypal you are requested to agree with Paypal's terms and conditions of use (for further information you can refer to paypal.com). By placing an order you confirm to be owner of the credit card or Paypal account used for the transaction or that you have authority from the card or account holder to make the payment. All orders are subject to stock availability. Products added to your basket on our website are not intended to be reserved for you until payment is made and are otherwise available to other customers browsing our website at the same time. Once payment is made, stock will be reserved for you and subsequently prepared for shipment. Once order is successfully received you will be sent a confirmation via e-mail to include all relevant information related to your purchase, including order number, price and delivery method including the shipping address you supplied. De Marchi ensures to deliver the goods within a maximum of 30 working days from the date of purchase.

Discount codes and Gift Coupons

"Discount Codes" and "Gift Coupons" are for personal use only and, to be applied, they must be entered in the spaces provided during checkout (cart page). Discount Codes apply a percentage reduction of the list price of the products to which such discount codes are referred to, net of any transport costs. Percentage Discount Codes cannot be combined. In case of products on sale, the Discount Codes will have effect only if the percentage is higher than the discount already applied to the aforementioned products. Gift Coupons apply a reduction to the total amount of the order net of any further reductions that may have been obtained through discount codes and gross of transport costs. The reduction applied is equal, at most, to the nominal value of the Coupon. If the nominal value of a Gift Coupon is equal or greater than the total amount of the cart (including any transport costs), the customer will not have anything to pay for that specific purchase. Each Gift Coupon can be used for a single purchase and therefore any residual amount cannot be reused.

Invoicing

Each order is only shipped with an invoice when this option is selected before checkout.

Pricing

All prices are in Euro, and are shown V.A.T. inclusive. For orders to be shipped outside of European Union, V.A.T. will be removed from total at checkout. Prices do not include importation taxes for countries outside of European Union. Customers are responsible for additional taxes if applicable and could be requested to pay for such taxes by either the courier or local custom authorities. Pricing could be partially or totally inclusive of shipping subject to conditions such as reaching of certain minimum amount of purchases and/ or limited to certain countries or territories, during certain periods. All such conditions will be clearly communicated on our website before check-out.

Price adjustments

Periodically, De Marchi could run discounted pricing on specific items or services (such as shipping costs) as a promotion or a sale. Such discounts will be clearly communicated on our website and/or via email to users subscribed to our newsletter.

Delivery of goods

De Marchi will usually ship within the next working day after receiving payment. Shipping costs are indicated in the specific page of the site. Shipments will be made through international express couriers.

Returns & exchanges

In compliance with the European Distance Selling Regulations, European customers can return products purchased on demarchi.com for refund within 14 days from when they are received, provided that such products are returned in new and unworn condition, in the original packaging and with the original hang-tag still attached. De Marchi's policy extends the above term to 30 calendar days. In order to return your product you just need to communicate it via regular mail, fax or e-mail at the addresses as per our contact information paragraph below. Before proceeding with shipment, please wait our e-mail confirmation. All returned products must include proof of purchase. Products that does not comply with the above requirements can not be accepted for return. Products purchased on websites other than demarchi.com must be returned where they have been originally purchased and are subject to the conditions of sale of that specific seller. Return shipment costs are at customers' charge. After receipt of goods De Marchi will check the above parameters and refund the product cost within 14 days with the same method used for payment. Faulty items can be returned within 24 months for repair or replacement. In the event that this is not possible, we will offer a refund. Faulty products must be returned with the same procedure as described in the previous paragraph and must be washed before shipping at the address above with original proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipment cost. Normal wear or improper use are not classified as faults. Faulty items will be repaired, substituted or refunded within 14 days from when they are received.

Intellectual property rights

Usage of demarchi.com site does not grant rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights related to the content of the site, which is protected by national and international laws. Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with previous express written permission from De Marchi 1946 S.r.l.. Liability

A.S. De Marchi Club

Account registration

To be part of A.S. De Marchi Club the user must log in and sign up to the club page, or create a User account directly through the club sign up page, providing all required data or information in a complete and truthful manner.
Failure to do so will cause unavailability of the club service.

Conditions for account registration

Registration of User accounts on De Marchi is subject to the conditions outlined below. By registering, Users agree to meet such conditions.
Accounts registered by bots or any other automated methods are not permitted.
Unless otherwise specified, each User must register only one account.
