Thank you for choosing De Marchi. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we aim to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be tried on solely to check fit and must be returned neatly folded in their original packaging, with all tags attached and all accessories included.

How to request a return

  • Access your Account, click on the “Order History and Details”: select the product(s) you wish to return, and provide an explanation in the box, specifying whether you want an exchange or a refund;
  • In case of full/partial refund, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility;
  • You will receive an email confirming the return acceptance within 5 business days, containing detailed instructions on how to proceed;
  • The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. 

 

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

Kindly note that products purchased with a discount higher than 40% cannot be returned for size or color exchange. A refund can be requested instead.

Europe & United States

For customers residing in the listed countries, we are happy to offer free return shipping on the item(s) to be exchanged

  • Submit the exchange request and proceed to purchase the replacement product(s), possibly within 48 hours.
  • Our Customer Care team will contact you to provide the return label and the required customs documentation, if needed.
  • Shipping costs for the new order placed are borne by the customer.

Rest of the world

For customers residing outside the above-listed countries, only returns for refund are accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Any new purchase requires a separate order.

We are pleased to assist in arranging the return pickup through our preferential courier rates, which will be quoted and communicated by our Customer Service Team at the time of  the return process. If the customer chooses to organize the return shipment independently, this must be communicated at the time of the return request.
