RETURNS FOR A REFUND (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
In compliance with the European Distance Selling Regulations, European Union customers (including the ones living in Island, Lichtenstein and Norway) can return products purchased on demarchi.com for refund within 14 days of receipt. De Marchi's policy extends the above term to 30 calendar days, worldwide.
In order to return your product you just need to communicate it via e-mail at email@example.com specifing the full order number and the products you want to return.

All returned products must be in unworn conditions, with their original packaging, and must include proof of purchase. Products that does not comply with the above requirements can not be accepted for return.
After receipt of goods De Marchi will check the above parameters and refund the product cost within 14 days with the same method used for payment.
Return shipment costs are at customers' charge. Customers can choose the shipping method they prefer to return the products.
Alternatively, customers can send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain a waybill to return the goods through a courier. The customer will be notified via e-mail of the cost of returning. In case of acceptance, the cost of the service will be deducted from the refund amount.
FREE RETURNS ON SIZE/COLOR/MODEL CHANGES WORLDWIDE
If you have received a product but would like to change the size or colorway, or would like to replace it with another product, send an email to email@example.com. You will receive instructions to make the change. When possible, we will send you an airway bill that you will need to print and attach outside of the package to be sent. If a return airway bill is not available, you will be instructed to ship back using a method of your choice. In this case please send the shipping receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a refund for the shipping cost you have incurred up to 20 EUR within 7 working days.
Faulty items can be returned within 24 months for repair or replacement. In the event that this is not possible, we will offer a refund. Faulty products must be returned with the same procedure as described in the previous paragraph and must be washed before shipping at the address above with original proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipment cost. Normal wear or improper use are not classified as faults. Faulty items will be repaired, substituted or refunded within 14 days from when they are received.
Returning products of the Exclusive Collection will deactivate the digital twin associated to the physical product.
Products purchased on websites other than demarchi.com must be returned where they have been originally purchased and are subject to the conditions of sale of that specific seller.
